Meghan Markle’s Influence on Prince Harry’s Physical Transformation Revealed by Personal Trainer

Prince Harry’s noticeable physical transformation in recent years has been credited to the influence of his wife, Meghan Markle, according to personal trainer Lewis Paris. Paris shared his insights into the Duke of Sussex’s fitness routine and how Meghan’s lifestyle may have played a pivotal role in shaping Harry’s healthier physique.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Paris discussed the changes in Harry’s fitness since his relationship with Meghan began. He highlighted how the Duchess has likely had a significant impact on Harry’s exercise habits, saying, “A consistent training routine would be the reason for Harry’s shapely legs.”

Based on his experience, Paris speculated that Harry’s current routine includes a balanced mix of cardio and strength training. “I’d guess he’s going running or jogging once or twice a week, followed by two to three strength sessions,” Paris explained. He also noted that these sessions likely include a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and full-body workouts to target all major muscle groups.

Achieving such a transformation takes considerable effort, and Paris emphasized the dedication required. “Shaping the legs takes more effort than just losing weight,” he pointed out. “Doing some form of strength training will help to form the legs you desire.”

Paris also mentioned that Prince Harry may be incorporating Pilates into his routine, a practice known for its benefits in core strength, posture development, and mobility. “So Prince Harry is probably engaging in a weekly training routine of doing it three to five times per week to build muscle, maintain weight, and keep fit,” he added.

Meghan Markle, known for her active lifestyle, has long been a proponent of yoga, hiking, Pilates, and even boxing. Her commitment to fitness has seemingly rubbed off on Harry, inspiring him to adopt a more structured approach to his own health and wellness.
