Meghan Markle’s estranged brother reveals explosive memoir plans
Thomas Markle, the estranged half-brother of Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, has revealed plans to release a book that will shed light on their childhood memories. Thomas, who currently resides in the Philippines with their father, is working on the project, which he promises will captivate readers.
In an interview, Thomas shared his excitement about the book’s release, stating, “When my book is finished, ooh it’ll be swooped up real quick cos it’s getting there. I’m working on it. It’s coming out.” His enthusiasm suggests that the book is nearing completion and that he anticipates strong interest in its contents.
The memoir will include reflections on his upbringing with Meghan, offering a personal perspective on their relationship. “It’s gonna be good,” Thomas added, hinting that the book will delve into family dynamics and personal experiences. He also shared aspirations for expanding the project, saying, “I really want to maybe spin off the book, then when the book gets read, the documentary will follow.”
Despite the potential financial benefits of the project, Thomas was quick to emphasize that his motivations were rooted in principle rather than profit. “I’m not a greedy person, it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle,” he explained. However, he acknowledged the possibility of a financial cushion from the book’s sales, as per the Mirror.
“Of course, it would be nice to have a nice little cushion from selling a book, sure,” he remarked. “Everybody wants the book. I now have dedicated time. It’s not easy moving.” Thomas has been a vocal critic of his half-sister Meghan, particularly regarding her relationship with the royal family.
Over the years, Meghan has distanced herself from several members of her family, including Thomas, their father, and her sister Samantha. This estrangement has garnered significant media attention, with Thomas frequently speaking out about his relationship with Meghan and her public life.
