Stacey Dooley Wins “Oscar” Award and Shares Heartwarming Note from Daughter
Stacey Dooley recently shared an exciting post on Instagram, announcing that she has won an “Oscar” award. The journalist and TV presenter has recently taken to the West End stage in the play 2:22 A Ghost Story.
In her Instagram post, Stacey uploaded a photo of a knock-off version of the famous Academy Award trophy, along with a sweet note written by her daughter, Minnie. She captioned the photo, “Guys. I won an Oscar. And it was hand delivered.”
The note from her daughter read, “To Mummy, we are so proud of you. Love you, Minnie. XXX.” Many of Stacey’s 1.1 million followers couldn’t help but react to the adorable message, reports Daily Express.

The Luton-born star has recently taken on the role of Jenny, a character previously played by Cheryl and Lily Allen. The play has also featured stars such as pop singer Matt Willis, Harry Potter’s Tom Felton, EastEnders actor Jake Wood, and podcast host Giovanna Fletcher.
