New CCTV Released in Search for Missing 14-Year-Old Girl Last Seen in Town in the Early Hours
Share0Greater Manchester Police have released new CCTV images as part of an urgent appeal to help locate a missing 14-year-old girl, Lily, who has not been seen since the early hours. Officers say they are becoming increasingly worried about the teenager’s safety and are urging the public to come forward with any information that could help trace her movements.
Lily was last seen in the Gatley area. Police believe she may have since travelled and say she has known links to Manchester City Centre, Salford and Trafford, which has widened the search area. The force has now shared fresh CCTV images of the youngster in a renewed bid to locate her as quickly as possible.
The missing teen is described as a white female, around 5ft 5ins tall, with long straight hair that is either purple or red in colour. At the time she was last seen, Lily was wearing black trousers with a pattern and piping running down the legs, a black top, and a short black winter coat with a hood, as per reports in Daily Metro News.
Greater Manchester Police said the images were being released to prompt anyone who may have seen Lily, or who recognises her from the footage, to get in touch. In a public appeal, the force said: “Have you seen Lily from Stockport?

“She was last seen in Gatley and also has links to Manchester City Centre, Salford and Trafford.” Officers say concerns for Lily’s welfare are growing as time passes. GMP continued: “Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about her and want to make sure she is safe and well.”
Police are asking anyone who may have seen Lily, spoken to her, or has any information at all about where she might be staying to contact them immediately. Even small details, officers say, could prove crucial in helping to bring her home safely.
Anyone with information about Lily’s whereabouts is urged to contact Greater Manchester Police on 101 or report it online via the GMP website. Information should reference log number 233 of 17.12.2025.
Police have also asked members of the public to share the appeal to help it reach as many people as possible, as the search continues.
