With her office based in New York, Kulick will directly report to the company’s board of directors, marking a significant step in her extensive career in financial services.
Oliver Reichert, CEO of Birkenstock Group and a board member, expressed enthusiasm about Kulick’s appointment. Megan Kulick brings to Birkenstock over two decades of international financial expertise, which includes roles in investor relations, equity research, and portfolio management across several prestigious U.S. banks and large listed corporations. Most recently, she headed investor relations at Cresco Labs, where she was instrumental in strengthening investor communications and enhancing shareholder value.
Her career prior to joining Cresco Labs was marked by several high-profile positions. She was the Head of Investor Relations at AYR Wellness Inc., served as Senior Vice President at PIMCO, and held directorial roles at Merrill Lynch and vice-presidential positions at JPMorgan Chase. Kulick’s journey in finance began at Merrill Lynch in equity research, where she specialized in telecommunications services.
Kulick’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Michigan, complemented by an MBA from Columbia Business School. Her academic and professional experiences have equipped her with a nuanced understanding of the financial markets, making her a fitting choice for managing Birkenstock’s investor relations.
