Harry Styles is reportedly still reeling after his split from actress Taylor Russell, who’s now rumoured to be dating none other than Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan. The former couple parted ways back in May 2024 after less than a year together, and sources say Harry hasn’t quite moved on.
According to Life & Style, it was Taylor who ended things — something Harry apparently isn’t used to. “Apparently, Taylor was the one who initiated it, and that has never happened to him before,” said one insider. While their split wasn’t dramatic, it’s left a lasting impact. “They didn’t end on bad terms, but it was a huge blow for him,” the source added.
What’s making it harder is that Taylor’s still in London — and now spending time with Michael B. Jordan, doing the same things she used to do with Harry. “It’s the first time he’s ever been dumped, so to see her with someone new has hit a real nerve,” a source revealed. “She’s in London with a new guy, doing all the stuff they used to do together, which makes it even harder.”
And the fact that her new man is Michael B. Jordan? That’s added an extra sting. “It’s not like it’s just any guy; it’s Michael B. Jordan. Harry is actually a fan of his,” said another insider. “He loved Black Panther and Creed, so it’s not like he can even turn his nose up and say she’s downgraded. The guy’s a pretty intimidating love rival.”
While Taylor and Michael haven’t gone public with any over-the-top PDA, Harry’s still reportedly feeling the sting. Seeing her move on — especially with someone he admires — has hit him harder than expected. For someone who usually keeps his romantic life low-key, this split seems to have left its mark.
