Virginia Giuffre’s Final Words Expose the Brutality of Epstein’s Crimes and the Powerful Men Involved

Virginia Giuffre, one of the most prominent victims of Jeffrey Epstein, has revealed in her posthumous memoir the horrific abuse she suffered as a teenager, including being raped and beaten by a high-profile politician.

“In my years with them, they lent me out to scores of wealthy, powerful people. I was habitually used and humiliated – and in some instances, choked, beaten, and bloodied,” Giuffre wrote. “I believed that I might die a sex slave.”

Her memoir, Nobody’s Girl, was published on Tuesday, six months after Giuffre died by suicide in Australia. It details not only the abuse she endured but also her long struggle for justice for herself and other victims of Epstein’s trafficking ring, reported CNN.

In the US edition, Giuffre alleges she was raped by a man she describes only as a “well-known Prime Minister.” The UK version refers to the same individual as a “former minister.” The reason for the differing language is unclear.

While on Epstein’s Caribbean island, Giuffre recalled being “trafficked to a man who raped me more savagely than anyone had before.” She said she was 18 at the time. “He repeatedly choked me until I lost consciousness and took pleasure in seeing me fear for my life. Horrifically, the Prime Minister laughed when he hurt me and got more aroused when I begged him to stop,” she wrote.

She also detailed pleading with Epstein not to send her back to him. “I got down on my knees and pleaded with him. I don’t know if Epstein feared the man or if he owed him a favour, but he wouldn’t make any promises, saying coldly of the politician’s brutality, ‘You’ll get that sometimes.’”

The memoir is certain to heighten the scrutiny over the ties between Epstein and elite figures, both in the US and the UK. Among those under renewed attention is Prince Andrew, who Giuffre accused of sexually assaulting her while she was a teenager. The prince, King Charles’ brother, strongly denies the allegations.

Facing public outrage, Andrew announced last week that he would relinquish the use of his royal titles and would no longer be known as the Duke of York, saying: “I have decided, as I always have, to put duty to my family and country first.” He will, however, retain the title of “prince.”

Giuffre’s memoir also claims that Andrew’s team attempted to hire online “trolls” to harass her during a civil case she filed against him in New York. She alleged being forced to have sex with the prince on three occasions, including when she was 17. Despite denying ever meeting her, Andrew reportedly paid millions to settle the civil case in 2022. “After casting doubt on my credibility for so long – Prince Andrew’s team had even gone so far as to try to hire internet trolls to hassle me – the Duke of York owed me a meaningful apology as well,” Giuffre wrote.

Further damaging reports suggest Andrew kept in contact with Epstein months after claiming to have ended their friendship. Newly uncovered emails reportedly show that in February 2011, Andrew wrote to Epstein: “It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it. Otherwise, keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!”

Giuffre’s memoir adds fresh fuel to a scandal that has already rocked the royal family and drawn attention across the Atlantic, keeping questions about the ties between the powerful and Epstein at the forefront.
