Brain Dead Pays Tribute to Wolverine for Its First-Ever Collaboration with Marvel

For it’s first-ever collaboration with Marvel, Brain Dead has created a capsule collection and retail experience in tribute to X-Men antihero Wolverine — complete with a Wolverine tribute artist.

“Wolverine has always been our favorite Marvel superhero,” the company says in a press release. “The character has attracted some of the best illustrators and authors to draw and write for him. We took some of our personal favorite works to translate into product”.

The collection includes a range of three t-shirts, a long sleeve, and hoodie; a patched illustration crewneck and a jacket with Brain Dead branding on the left chest and graphic of a Wolverine-versus-Venom showdown at the back are standouts.

To accompany the release, Brain Dead has organized an event with Hugh Jackman-lookalike @hollywoodwolverine at its Fairfax retail store. The actor will be available to take photographs with shoppers from 12-4pm on the collection’s launch day, March 16.

The capsule collection will also be available online at Brain Dead’s web store starting at 10 a.m. PT as well as other select retailers including Brain Dead Milano, and Dover Street Market L.A., New York, London and Ginza. Prices will range from $64 USD to $240 USD.

Brain Dead’s first collection of the year for Spring 2021 featured bright color-blocked shirt jackets, corduroy climbing pants and assorted T-shirts and accessories.
