Eric Chan, stepping into his role this week, brings over two decades of experience in financial and operational leadership, including his recent tenure as CFO of the LA Clippers. Amy Thompson, set to assume her role from January 22, is equipped with over 25 years of experience in driving cultural transformations at prominent companies. With a diverse background including senior HR roles at Mattel, TOMS, Starbucks, and Ticketmaster, Thompson is renowned for her ability to blend rigorous standards with a startup mentality. At Mattel, she led a successful corporate mission overhaul and talent development, earning recognition from notable organizations. In her new position at Gap Inc., she aims to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and purpose.
