Meghan Markle Bridges Gap with Royal Family by Sharing Kids’ Photos with King Charles, Says Biographer

Recent developments suggest a thawing in the once-strained relationship between Meghan Markle and the Royal Family. Royal biographer Omid Scobie, in his new book “Endgame,” reveals that the Duchess of Sussex has been sharing pictures of her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, with King Charles, a source told The Sun last week.

This gesture indicates ongoing communication between Meghan and Charles, despite the couple’s step back from royal duties three years ago and subsequent tensions highlighted in their Netflix series, “Harry & Meghan.”

Scobie notes that Meghan sends these pictures indirectly and expresses her desire for her children to connect with their grandfather. However, Prince Harry’s relationship with the Royal Family remains complicated, with Scobie suggesting Harry still has unresolved issues to address.

Despite not being invited to spend Christmas in the UK with the Royal Family, a friend of Harry’s disclosed that the couple would welcome such an opportunity, especially since Charles has not celebrated the festive season with his grandchildren. The Sussexes last joined the royal family for Christmas in 2018.

Though they missed the Christmas celebration, Harry and Meghan did connect with Charles on his 75th birthday, sharing a video call and a birthday song from Archie and Lilibet. This interaction is seen as a potential positive shift in their previously tense relations, told The Sunday Times.
