XL Bully Owner Killed by Her Own Dog Filmed Dancing with Pet in Chilling TikTok

Nicole Morey, a 23-year-old XL bully breed owner, tragically met her demise after being attacked by her own dogs at her residence in the Fedamore area of County Limerick, Ireland. The incident occurred shortly after she celebrated her birthday, leaving her family and community devastated.

Just months before the fatal attack, Morey had shared a TikTok video where she joyously danced with one of her beloved dogs. The footage, posted in December, shows her playfully interacting with the XL bully in her kitchen. Overlaid with haunting audio defending the breed, she proudly refers to the dog as “my son,” dismissing criticism of its appearance and reputation.

In the clip, Morey asserts, “This is my son, and I don’t give a f*** if you think he looks aggressive.” She further challenges critics of XL bullies, stating, “I don’t give a f*** if you don’t like the look of him, and I certainly don’t give a f*** if you think the breed should be banned.”

Anthony O’Donnell, Morey’s granduncle, recounted the heartbreaking details of her death, explaining how she was attacked as she tried to enter her home. “She was out for her birthday, she was 23, and she went home, opened the hall door to go in the home when the dog attacked her, jumped out on top of her and attacked her,” he told the Irish Mirror.

“By the time the Gardai got there, they [the dogs] were mauling her, the gardai couldn’t really get them off of her, they had to shoot the dog to get him off of her,” O’Donnell added, describing the harrowing scene relayed by distraught family members.

Morey was known for her affectionate treatment of her dogs, often referring to them as her babies and sharing photos and videos of them on social media. O’Donnell emphasized her kindness, describing her as “a lovely girl, with a great heart, would do you a good turn rather than any turn.”

The XL bully breed, a controversial type of American Bully, has faced scrutiny and calls for bans due to their size and sometimes aggressive behavior. Morey, however, was an outspoken advocate for the breed, as seen in her TikTok video where she passionately defended her dogs against criticism.

According to reports by Mirror, friends and neighbors expressed shock at the incident, highlighting Morey’s close bond with her pets. “They said she used to treat them (the dogs) like babies,” O’Donnell recounted. “They said she used to have Snapchats up and Facebook (posts) with the dogs inside in bed with her, that they were like her children.”

Despite the tragedy, O’Donnell cautioned against generalizing about dogs, though he acknowledged the dangers posed by some breeds. “I said to them this morning it just goes to show you can’t trust dogs. You can’t trust any dog, but especially those dogs – they are bred to kill,” he stated.

As the community mourns Morey’s untimely passing, the incident has sparked renewed debate about dog breeds and responsible ownership. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the attack, with authorities urging caution when dealing with powerful dog breeds.
