Sephora UK Launches ‘MySephora’ Loyalty Programme

Sephora UK has unveiled its new loyalty programme, ‘MySephora’, designed to offer customers a “sense of exclusivity” through an enhanced points-earning system and rewarding experiences. This three-tiered programme—comprising gold, silver, and bronze levels—will be accessible via desktop, mobile, and the Sephora UK app.

‘MySephora’ aims to engage and reward Sephora’s devoted community with unique benefits that extend beyond just spending. Members can earn points through various brand engagements, such as attending in-store services and reviewing products. These points can then be exchanged for products from a curated selection of brands, including Sol De Janeiro, Fenty Beauty, Gisou, and Sephora’s own collection.

The programme offers a range of perks, including deluxe birthday gifts, upgraded delivery options, and early access to brand events and sales. For instance, Gold members enjoy deluxe rewards, free next-day delivery, and exclusive early access to MySephora sales. Additionally, members can choose to donate their points to Sephora’s chosen charity partner, Face Equality International.

Existing loyal customers will be seamlessly migrated into the new ‘MySephora’ programme, ensuring their unused rewards are honoured. Since launching in the UK two years ago, Sephora has expanded its brick-and-mortar presence across Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City, and Manchester’s Trafford Centre. The retailer has also reported significant growth in its website and app traffic. Plans are underway to open two new stores this year in Newcastle’s Metro Centre and Eldon Square.

Through the ‘MySephora loyalty programme, Sephora UK continues to solidify its commitment to providing exceptional rewards and experiences, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering a strong sense of community among its patrons.
