According to nutritionists at BarBend, Kate’s typical breakfast includes a green smoothie followed by a hearty bowl of oatmeal. The combination of slow-releasing energy and nutrient-rich greens fuels her active lifestyle.

“To maintain her enviable figure, Kate matches nutritious, healthy eating with a consistent workout regime of planking and running, and oats can be great exercise fuel as they release energy throughout the whole workout,” the experts revealed.
