Prince William fans think he missed awkward ‘photoshop fail’ in family Christmas Card

The British Royal Family, Prince William and Kate Middleton, recently shared their annual family Christmas card, sparking a buzz among fans who suspect a ‘photoshop error‘ involving their youngest son, Prince Louis. Followers of the royal family have expressed their surprise, thinking that Louis appears to be ‘missing a finger’ in the photograph.

The tradition of royal family Christmas cards has been a longstanding one, spanning 170 years, with Prince William having participated in these festive portraits since his childhood. This year’s black and white photo, posted to the official Prince and Princess of Wales Instagram account, has reached 15 million followers, but it’s Prince Louis’ hand that has caught significant attention.

In the portrait, the family of five is seen dressed in coordinated white shirts, with Kate and Princess Charlotte opting for a more relaxed look in jeans, while the boys are in black trousers. While the family smiles warmly for the camera, fans couldn’t help but notice what seemed like an anomaly with Prince Louis’ hand, a source tells Us Weekly.

“Anyone talking about why Prince Louis is just missing a finger?!?” questioned one user.

“PRINCE LOUIS IS MISSING A FINGER. VERY BAD EDITING” exclaimed another.

A particular follower pointed out, “Ok, and also is Prince Louis missing a finger? What in the AI is going on?” sparking a discussion among others. Some fans suggested that Louis’ finger might simply be hidden behind the armrest of the chair.

Apart from this curious detail, fans have also expressed amazement at how much Prince George and Princess Charlotte have grown. Comparisons were even drawn between Princess Charlotte and her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

In related news, last month saw Kate, along with her children – Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Louis – visiting The Baby Bank in Maidenhead. The family engaged in packing bags filled with clothes and toys for local families in need. Kensington Palace shared a video from this visit, capturing many endearing moments, including Prince Louis’ enthusiastic comment about a toy gorilla and Princess Charlotte’s laughter at a baby grow, remarking, “This is Welsh!”

This blend of public engagements and family moments like the Christmas card photo highlights the royal family’s efforts to maintain a connection with the public while sharing glimpses of their private lives.
