Paul Fredrick Appoints Erica Lee as New CEO

Paul Fredrick, the renowned menswear brand, has announced the appointment of Erica Lee as its new chief executive officer.

Erica Lee brings a wealth of experience to Paul Fredrick, having most recently served at FullBeauty Brands. During her tenure there, she led several prominent brands including Ellos, KingSize, and Swimsuits For All. Lee’s career began in the merchandising sector at Gap, Inc., where she participated in the retail management training program, marking the start of her extensive journey in the fashion industry.

Expressing her enthusiasm for her new role, Lee stated, “I am excited to join the team at Paul Fredrick as CEO to continue building upon the company’s long history as a brand for discerning men with an optimistic and creative sense of style.”

In addition to her experience at FullBeauty Brands and Gap, Inc., Lee also played a significant role at Coach. There, she contributed to the brand’s international growth while part of the global merchandising team before eventually leading the North America retail merchandising team.

The transition comes with the continued involvement of Neal Black, the former CEO of Paul Fredrick and Jos. A Bank. Black will remain a crucial part of the company, serving on Paul Fredrick’s board of directors, ensuring a seamless transition and continued strategic oversight.

Jeff Manassero, a board member of Paul Fredrick, expressed confidence in Lee’s leadership, saying, “With Erica’s keen eye for strategy and expertise in both the apparel business and the DTC operating model, we believe she will bring dynamic leadership to a deep, savvy executive team.”

Lee’s appointment marks a new chapter for Paul Fredrick, with expectations high for continued innovation and growth under her guidance.
