The N Brown Group has officially announced the appointment of Clare Empson as its new Director of Supply Chain. Empson is set to begin her tenure in this vital role on January 15, 2024, and will report directly to the Group CEO of N Brown, Steve Johnson.
Steve Johnson expressed his enthusiasm about Empson’s joining, stating, “Clare’s arrival marks a significant strengthening of our senior management team. Her extensive experience and expertise come at a pivotal moment in our company’s evolution, promising to enhance our commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.”

Her focus will be to elevate the customer experience throughout N Brown’s supply chain operations.
Empson, excited about her new role, said, “I am eager to contribute to N Brown’s mission of providing customers with a seamless and exceptional shopping experience from start to finish.”
Bringing over 25 years of experience in the retail sector, Empson has a proven track record in leading global retail operations. Before joining N Brown, she served as the Director of Operations at Ted Baker, also holding key positions in its retail and transformation divisions.
