Grieving Family Remembers Vincent McDonagh, a Devoted Family Man, Lost in Tragic Incident

The grieving family of Vincent McDonagh, a father who tragically lost his life after being found unconscious on Abbey Hills Road in Oldham, Greater Manchester, has expressed their heartfelt tribute to the “devoted family man.”

Vincent, 45, sustained a serious head injury just before midnight on Thursday, prompting a response from emergency services. Despite their best efforts, he succumbed to his injuries a short time later. A 38-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder, reported Daily Mail.

Originally from Ireland and part of a large and close-knit family with six brothers and seven sisters, Mr. McDonagh was known for his unwavering dedication to his loved ones. His fiancée, Demi, shared a touching tribute, describing Vinny as an “amazing fiancé, a loving dad, and devoted family man.”

She highlighted his kindness, helpfulness, and his boundless love for his little boy, ensuring he had everything he needed. Vincent’s passion for music, his penchant for singing, and his lively sense of humor were also emphasized. Demi spoke of the joy he brought to gatherings, portraying him as the “life of the party.”

Reflecting on his Irish roots, she mentioned his extensive family in Ireland and his cherished memories with them, particularly his love for his father, Barney. Expressing the void left by his absence, Demi conveyed the disbelief that someone could take him away.
