Meghan Markle’s New Fashion Line Sends Fans into Frenzy — Crashes Websites Instantly!

The “Meghan Markle effect” is in full swing once again, as the Duchess of Sussex’s latest fashion venture sent fans into a shopping frenzy—so much so that some retailers couldn’t keep up with the demand.

Meghan, 43, recently launched an online store featuring her curated selection of luxury fashion pieces, including a £1,068 “Windsor” gown and £600 Saint Laurent sandals. The collection, introduced via her Instagram account to her 2.6 million followers, quickly gained traction across social media and retail platforms alike.

“Many of you have asked, so here you go! A little shopping to start the week,” Meghan wrote over a video highlighting the sleek digital storefront. The shop features pieces from high-end and contemporary brands such as Heidi Merrick, Reformation, and J.Crew, all personally selected by the duchess.

The description of the collection on the site calls it “handpicked and curated” with Meghan’s own style influences and wardrobe staples. Most of the items stick to her well-known neutral color palette—think soft linens, clean silhouettes, and minimalist accessories.

Meghan teased more to come in the near future, hinting at potential future drops. “More to come,” she promised her followers. But the initial response was already overwhelming. According to GB News, several third-party websites struggled to keep up with the traffic, particularly those selling the tan-colored Saint Laurent mules Meghan has famously worn.

Items began selling out within hours, with some online shoppers encountering delays or error messages due to the surge in demand. The collection doesn’t just include clothing and shoes—there’s also a jewelry line, with prices starting around £200. One standout item is the Maya Brenner necklace dubbed “The Happiness Retreat,” priced at nearly £400.

The shop appears to be tied to Meghan’s lifestyle brand As Ever, a rebranded version of her earlier project, American Riviera Orchard. While full details of the brand’s direction remain under wraps, the curated shop signals a fresh phase of Meghan’s growing influence in the lifestyle and fashion space. From a royal style icon to a digital tastemaker, Meghan Markle continues to prove that when she wears—or recommends—something, the world takes notice.
