Meghan Markle Urged to Reassess Life Plans Following Recent Criticisms

Meghan Markle has recently been advised to reconsider her current path after facing sharp public criticism. Royal biographer Christopher Wilson shared his perspective in an article for The Daily Mail, responding to statements made by former Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown on The Ankler podcast, where Brown offered a blunt assessment of the Duchess of Sussex.

In her remarks, Brown accused Meghan of having “ideas that are total c***” and labeled her as “flawless about getting it all wrong.” She further described Meghan’s judgment as “the worst of anyone in the entire world.” These pointed comments drew significant attention, leading Wilson to weigh in with his own advice for Meghan.

Wilson encouraged Meghan to focus on leaving a positive legacy, rather than pursuing strategies that draw negative attention. He suggested that Markle could take a lesson from other American women who have married into royalty. “Slammed by ex-Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown as having ‘the worst judgment of anyone in the entire world,’ Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, appears to be attracting yet more negative publicity,” he remarked.

He continued, “So maybe this is the moment for Meghan to follow the example of the thirty-plus American women who married into royalty in the past—those who remained dignified and left behind a good mark on the world.” Wilson’s comments implied that a shift in focus could help Meghan redefine her public image, taking cues from past American royals who prioritized dignity and positive influence over controversy.

The remarks from both Brown and Wilson highlight the scrutiny Meghan continues to face as she navigates her role outside the British royal family. For now, her path forward remains a subject of widespread public and media interest.
