Meghan to appear at women’s retreat in Sydney with tickets starting at £1,400
Share1Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, is scheduled to appear at a women-only retreat in Sydney next month, with tickets starting at A$2,699, equivalent to about £1,400 per person.
The three-day event will take place during Meghan and the Duke of Sussex’s visit to Australia in April, seven years after their first trip to the country when they were still senior members of the Royal Family.
The retreat is organised by the Her Best Life podcast and will be held at a five-star hotel near Coogee Beach in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Around 300 participants are expected to attend the gathering, which organisers describe as a “girls’ weekend”.
According to organisers, Meghan will appear as a guest speaker during a gala dinner. VIP ticket holders, priced at about A$3,200 (£1,700), will receive front-row seating and the opportunity to take a group photo with the duchess.
Gemma O’Neill, founder of the Her Best Life podcast, confirmed Meghan’s involvement during an episode of the programme. O’Neill told listeners that the duchess would take part in a question-and-answer session presented as a “fireside chat”.

O’Neill said Meghan “really loves what our community is about which is women trying to grow” and “be their best selves”.
The event will also include a range of activities for attendees, such as talks by a psychologist, yoga sessions, sound healing, a disco, and a meditation and manifestation session.
The retreat announcement comes shortly after Meghan’s lifestyle brand, As ever, confirmed it had ended its partnership with streaming service Netflix. Meghan and Prince Harry signed a deal with the platform in 2020 to produce television and film content.
A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said earlier this week that their upcoming visit to Australia will involve “private, business and philanthropic engagements”.
