La Prairie Welcomes Estelle Létang as New CEO Amidst Strategic Brand Evolution

In a significant leadership shift within the beauty industry, La Prairie, a hallmark of luxury skincare under the Beiersdorf umbrella, has announced Estelle Létang as its newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, starting April 1. Létang, who brings over two decades of rich experience from her tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies, is set to steer La Prairie towards new horizons of innovation and market leadership.

Having contributed her expertise to renowned brands like Darphin, La Mer, and Jo Malone London, Létang’s role will encompass shaping La Prairie’s strategic endeavors and fostering the brand’s long-term growth objectives. Her comprehensive responsibilities will include the oversight of La Prairie’s operational activities, commercial strategies, and the expansion of its global presence through both corporate channels and international affiliations.

Patrick Rasquinet, a key figure on Beiersdorf’s executive board, will be Létang’s direct report.
