Katie Price Says She Will Never Return to Loose Women
Katie Price has reignited her feud with Loose Women, revealing she would never return to the show after being dropped from the panel. The former glamour model, who was a regular on the ITV daytime program between 2015 and 2018, described her experience on the show as a challenging period in her life.
Speaking on the My Life Is Chaos podcast, Katie, 46, opened up about her decision, saying: “When I think of me on Loose Women, I don’t get a good feeling in my belly from it. Because I look at it and think, no, no, that was dark times for me, so I haven’t got a good feeling about Loose Women in my belly. So if they ever asked me to do it, my answer would be ‘no thank you.’”
She clarified that her decision wasn’t personal against the panellists, adding: “Yeah, so not against the girls or anyone, it’s just I don’t want to do it. I’ve been there, done it for like two years”, reported by the Mirror.
Katie’s departure was reportedly due to concerns about her behavior behind the scenes. Panellist Linda Robson reflected on this in her book, acknowledging her affection for Katie but describing moments of difficulty.
Linda wrote: “I love Katie Price, but sometimes I think she deliberately tries to shock. I did an awards show with her once where we were both supposed to be presenting together, but no one could find her anywhere.” She recalled Katie showing up just in time but making the moment about herself: “When we got out on the stage, she started talking about herself, and I had to tell her, ‘Oi! It ain’t about you today.’”
Linda also shared concerns about Katie’s behavior before Loose Women appearances: “Sometimes I thought she’d been out late the night before a show. She used to sleep in the car on her way in and would arrive in her pyjamas and get dressed when she got there.”
The feud escalated last year when Katie criticized the show for not mentioning her during her son Junior Andre’s interview. Junior, 18, appeared on Loose Women to discuss his music career, but Katie expressed frustration, telling fans in a TikTok rant: “Not one mention about his mum… It was all Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete. He was obviously told not to talk about me. It is so cruel.”
Katie’s comments continue to highlight her complicated relationship with the show and its panellists, as she remains adamant about leaving Loose Women in her past.
