Kate Middleton’s Bold Move ‘Rewarding Loyalty’ Amid Cancer Battle, Sources Claim

Kate Middleton’s positive move for a personal friend and aide shows she’s “rewarding loyalty” and people supporting her during her cancer battle, sources have claimed.

The Princess of Wales has given her long-time stylist Natasha Archer a significant promotion within the Royal Household, elevating her to a senior private executive role for both her and Prince William.

Having served as Princess Kate’s personal assistant and stylist since 2010, 36-year-old Ms. Archer, affectionately known as “Tash” among her close ones, updated her career advancement on her LinkedIn profile. Royal insiders view Ms. Archer’s step up as a nod to her steadfast loyalty to the future Queen, especially after she was spotted picking up Princess Kate from the hospital following her abdominal surgery earlier this year, as reported by the Mail. After this, she was welcomed into Kate’s closest circle of family and friends who have been by her side during her cancer recovery.

Princess Kate underwent a two-week stay at the London Clinic for the procedure, where she also received her cancer diagnosis.

According to Royal sources speaking to the publication, Ms. Archer has been a pillar of support for the princess, with the pair becoming virtually “inseparable” over recent months, reports the Express.

Ms. Archer, often seen assisting Kate with her luggage, has also been a constant presence during her hospital visits.

Insiders have commented, “Natasha deserves this boost she’s unfailingly discreet and loyal to Kate. The salary boost will be welcome too. This appointment means we can expect to see Natasha by Kate’s side for years to come.”

They added: “It seems to be Kate’s way of thanking her for her loyalty.”

Ms. Archer, who is wedded to photographer Chris Jackson, has also had a stint working for the private office of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester from 2007 until 2010.

She was educated at the £48,000-a-year Uppingham School in Rutland, where she took A Levels in English, Art, Spanish, and Italian. In addition, she pursued Hispanic studies at King’s College London in 2005.

In other news, Prince William has explained why he and Kate took so long to tie the royal knot.

The now Prince and Princess of Wales have been married for more than a decade, with their landmark royal wedding having officially joined the couple in 2011. The event was a long time coming, as they had spent eight years together beforehand.

The two first started dating in the early noughties, and William was reportedly keen to leave it some time before he officially proposed. Speaking to ITV during their official engagement interview, the heir-to-the-throne told Tom Bradby exactly why this was the case.

He explained that he was acutely aware of the stresses of being tied to a royal and wished to give her a chance to “back out” if she felt she wouldn’t have been able to cope with life as a Queen. He told ITV: “I wanted to give her a chance to see in and to back out if she needed to before it all got too much.

“I’m trying to learn from lessons done in the past, and I just wanted to give her the best chance to settle in and to see what happens on the other side.” While the Prince didn’t want to overwhelm his then-potential future bride, he still proposed spectacularly.
