Judi Love Spills on Health Battle Mum Guilt and Big Dreams for 2025

Loose Women star and comedian Judi Love has shared a candid look into her life, opening up about her struggles with endometriosis, juggling mum guilt, and her plans for a fulfilling 2025. The beloved TV personality, known for her infectious humor and relatable takes, has built a career on laughter but isn’t afraid to tackle life’s tough moments.

“The Pain Was Unbearable”: Judi’s Health Battle

Judi, 44, revealed her ongoing battle with endometriosis, a condition she was diagnosed with nearly two decades ago after a five-year struggle for answers. “For women, our pain is often not always taken seriously, so symptoms are just put down to having ‘bad periods.’ The effect on my life, my physical and mental health, was sometimes unbearable,” she shared.

With average diagnosis times stretching up to nine years, Judi is passionate about breaking stigmas surrounding women’s health: “It’s so important that people are starting to have more open conversations about endometriosis. Not having that pain recognized or acknowledged is really difficult.”

Balancing Career and Mum Guilt

As a single mum to two teenagers, Judi is no stranger to the challenges of balancing work and family life. She admits she often feels the pressure of “mum guilt” but tries to focus on setting a positive example:
“As long as I’m doing my best to nurture them and set an example, there’s nothing to be guilty about. My sets are often inspired by my children, so when I’m missing them on tour, it’s like I’m bringing a piece of them with me.”

From Hackney to Stardom: A Career of Gratitude

Judi’s rise from growing up in Hackney to becoming a household name on Loose Women and beyond is something she never takes for granted. Before her comedy career took off in 2011, she worked as a social worker—a stark contrast to her glamorous life now.
“I remind myself all the time that it could change any day, so you have to be thankful and continue to work hard to achieve your dreams,” she said.

Her time on Loose Women has brought unforgettable moments, including interviews with icons like Whoopi Goldberg and Janet Jackson. The platform has also allowed her to tackle taboo topics, helping her connect deeply with audiences.

“Health Is Wealth”: Judi’s Wellness Focus for 2025

Entering 2025, Judi is prioritizing her wellbeing with a renewed focus on fitness and nutrition. A fan of boxing, she’s committed to staying active and eating mindfully: “One of my big mottos is ‘health is wealth.’ It’s really worth investing time in being active and caring for your body.”

She’s also partnered with Pink Lady apples for a campaign encouraging people to embrace their food choices without fear of judgment. “The message is ‘you do you,’ which is how I try to live my life!” Judi quipped, adding that her favorite lunch is a homemade curry that often inspires food envy among her Loose Women colleagues.

What’s Next for Judi Love?

Looking ahead, Judi’s goals include getting back on tour and creating new material to bring audiences laughter—a mission she holds close to her heart. “I love being on stage doing comedy; there’s nothing like it. I’m writing new material, and I hope to get back out there soon.”

With her trademark humor and resilience, Judi Love continues to inspire as she takes on life’s challenges and triumphs, one laugh at a time.
