“Beautiful present from someone special,” Josie wrote, leaving her followers guessing about who the gift could be from. Adding to the mystery, Josie shared another gift she received: a Biblical Affirmation Deck. The presenter, who has been spending the holidays with her family, keeps her relationships private and rarely discusses her love life. However, her recent post has sparked speculation about whether a new romance could be in the works, according to the Daily Mail.
In an interview with OK! earlier this month, Josie admitted her busy life as a single mother and TV presenter leaves little room for a partner. “It wouldn’t be fair on them,” she explained. “My time is split between my career and my son, where would anyone fit in?”
Josie shares her six-year-old son Reggie with her ex-boyfriend Terry. The pair split five months after Reggie’s birth in 2018 following a series of challenges, including a heated argument about Terry’s struggles with OCD. During the pandemic, Terry temporarily moved in to help co-parent, but once restrictions eased, he moved out, and Josie embraced single motherhood.
“I’m choosing to do it on my own for a little bit at the moment,” she shared at the time.
Since the breakup, Josie has not been in a public relationship and has joked about her struggles to meet people. “I never ever get chatted up, but do you know what? I hated it when they started banning wolf-whistling because I used to love getting wolf-whistled at,” she once said.
