Prince Harry’s Comment About Prince William and Princess Kate on Netflix May Stir Up Trouble

According to a royal author, Prince Harry’s recent comment about Prince William’s relationship with Kate, the Princess of Wales, was seen as provocative and likely to cause problems.

Robert Hardman stated that the Duke of Sussex touched on a sensitive topic when he implied that royal men may feel compelled to marry someone who meets certain expectations rather than marrying for love.

In an interview with US Weekly, Hardman, the author of the groundbreaking royal book titled The Making of a King: King Charles III and the Modern Monarchy, expressed his strong disapproval of the comments made by Harry in the documentary.

He described them as “utterly reprehensible” towards the Prince of Wales. Hardman further elaborated on this matter, highlighting how deeply these remarks affected not only the Prince but also their presence in the Netflix six-part series with Harry and Meghan [Markle], as well as in Harry’s book, Spare…

The author observed that the Duke has consistently expressed his desire for an apology from the Royal Family regarding the treatment of Meghan Markle since she became a part of the institution.

However, the author also mentioned that the Duke acknowledged it as a “two-way process” and highlighted that William could also expect the same courtesy from his brother before any reconciliation takes place.

Despite being estranged for a significant period, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made sure to send a get-well message to Kensington Palace upon learning about Kate’s recent “abdominal surgery.”

The Princess of Wales was portrayed in a rather unflattering manner by Harry and Meghan in the Netflix docuseries. They depicted her as being “cold” and unwelcoming towards the Duchess of Sussex.
