Explosive Documentary Accuses Harry of ‘Whinging’ and Meghan of Being a ‘Negative Asset’ to Montecito Community

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have faced a significant setback with the release of Harry – The Lost Prince, a new documentary airing on Germany’s ZDF network. While it won’t be released in the United States, the film, which features critical interviews, has the potential to damage the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s already-fragile reputation, according to royal commentator Duncan Larcombe.

The documentary includes interviews with a veteran soldier who criticizes Harry for “whinging” about family disputes, as well as a neighbor from the couple’s Montecito home who claims that Meghan is not seen as an asset to the local community. These accusations, combined with the couple’s tumultuous relationship with the Royal family, could have serious consequences.

Larcombe discussed the potential fallout, explaining, “I think any documentary that continues the criticism of Harry and Meghan’s modus operandi is going to be damaging.” Although the documentary is airing in Germany and not the U.S., he believes it still represents a major blow to the couple.

“It’s in Germany, so it’s probably not going to make a big storm over in the US. But it’s still a major blow for a couple who have seen their popularity plummet like a stone falling in a well since they left the UK,” he added. The documentary comes at a time when Harry and Meghan are already dealing with a decline in public support.

Since stepping down as senior royals and relocating to California, their popularity has suffered, and Harry – The Lost Prince may serve as another obstacle to any potential reconciliation with the Royal family. As the couple continues to navigate their post-royal life, the new film and its critical content could pose a significant challenge to their efforts to rebuild their image.
