Danny Jones’ Wife Breaks Silence With Comeback After Kiss Scandal Rocked Marriage

Georgia Horsley, wife of McFly star Danny Jones, has made a quiet but powerful return to work just weeks after her world was turned upside down. The former Miss England had stepped back from the spotlight after Danny was caught on camera kissing Love Island’s Maura Higgins at a BRIT Awards afterparty in March—a move that shocked fans and sent shockwaves through their marriage.
While Danny issued a public apology to Georgia and their son Cooper, seven, the fallout behind the scenes was even more intense. Georgia reportedly moved out of the family home shortly after the scandal broke, choosing to spend time with a close friend to clear her head and figure out her next steps.
A source told The Mirror: “Georgia is returning to face the music after weeks away. She took some time for herself after the incident blew up but now she’s ready to talk.”

Another insider added: “This wasn’t some grand gesture where she suddenly packed her bags and left. It was just a girlie few nights at a close pal’s flat. Yes, she wanted some space, but she is home now, and while things are still fragile, they are trying to work things through.”
It seems the time away has helped her reset. Georgia was seen back in action this week, filming a new ad for Kellogg’s and returning to her podcast Mum’s The Word, which she co-hosts with Kelsey Parker. She’d previously taken time off from the show, while Kelsey carried on solo during the media storm.
Georgia was spotted leaving a London studio on Monday after recording her comeback episode. Walking arm-in-arm with her sister, she looked confident and stylish in a green jacket, graphic tee, jeans and boots. Notably, her wedding and engagement rings were still on—her first public appearance wearing them since the incident.
The sighting has fans speculating whether she’ll address the scandal directly on the next podcast episode, which is due to drop Monday. Many have praised her quiet strength, with social media already lighting up in support of her return.
Confirming her comeback, Georgia shared a post on Instagram showing her son Cooper riding his bike, writing: “School drop @mumstheword_pod recording day.”
Meanwhile, Danny’s apology remains the only official word from him on the matter. In a heartfelt message, he wrote: “I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.”
According to sources close to the couple, Georgia has been deeply hurt and “embarrassed” by the whole situation. One insider revealed: “Danny and Georgia may still be married but they’re not together and she is working out what she wants to do. She has been staying with her friend Rose since Wednesday.”
For now, Georgia’s back—and fans are watching closely to see what she says next.
