14-Year-Old Girl Missing from Minnesota Home, Police Urgently Seek Public’s Help

Authorities in Minnesota are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from her Farmington home since last week.

According to the Farmington Police Department and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Bailey Monnens-Dahl was last seen at approximately 9:50 p.m. Thursday at her residence.

Officials said that at the time she disappeared, Bailey was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, white shorts, and possibly a hoodie. No additional details about the circumstances of her disappearance have been released.

Investigators are especially concerned because Bailey lacks access to a phone or transportation. In a missing persons alert, the Minnesota BCA stated, “Bailey has no cell phone and no means of transportation. There is concern for her well-being.”

Law enforcement has not indicated whether foul play is suspected, but the alert underscores the urgency of locating the teenager quickly. Cases involving minors are often treated with heightened priority, particularly when they may lack basic resources or a way to contact family members.

Farmington is located south of the Twin Cities, and authorities have not said whether Bailey may still be in the immediate area or could have traveled elsewhere. Community members are being urged to remain vigilant and report any possible sightings.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen Bailey or who has information about her whereabouts to come forward immediately. Even small details could be important to investigators working to determine where she may have gone and whether she is safe.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Farmington Police Department at 651-280-6700 or call 911.

As the search continues, officials are emphasizing the importance of public awareness and cooperation. The hope, they say, is that increased visibility will help bring Bailey home safely.
