Police Seek Public Help to Locate Missing Girl, 13, From San Remo

Police are asking the community to assist in the search for a 13-year-old girl who has been reported missing from the Central Coast, with growing concern for her welfare.

Chloe Blake was last seen around 8.30 pm on Saturday, 10 January 2026, on Highview Avenue in San Remo. When she could not be located or contacted later that evening, her family raised the alarm. Officers from the Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified and have since launched inquiries to determine where she may have gone.

Authorities say there are serious concerns for Chloe’s safety because of her young age. Police and family members are urging anyone who may have seen her or has information that could help locate her to come forward as soon as possible.

Chloe is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 165cm tall, with a thin build. She has blonde hair and brown eyes. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a black jumper and long black pants. Police have also noted that Chloe is known to frequent the San Remo and Kanwal areas, and they are focusing part of their search efforts in and around those locations.

Missing person investigations often rely heavily on timely information from the public. Even small details, such as sightings, conversations, or social media activity, can prove crucial in helping police piece together movements and establish a clearer timeline. Officers are continuing to conduct inquiries, including speaking with friends, family, and residents, as well as reviewing any available CCTV footage from the surrounding area.

Community members in San Remo, Kanwal, and nearby suburbs are being asked to remain vigilant. People who live in the area are encouraged to check their properties, including backyards, sheds and public spaces, in case Chloe has sought shelter. Businesses are also being asked to review any security footage from Saturday evening that might capture someone matching Chloe’s description.

Anyone with information that could assist police is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can be provided anonymously. Police stress that members of the public should not attempt to approach or detain anyone themselves but instead pass any relevant details directly to authorities.

As the search continues, Chloe’s family and police are hoping that public awareness will lead to information that brings her home safely.
