Meghan Markle Revamps Fashion by Championing Small, Under-the-Radar Brands

Meghan Markle is making waves in the fashion world by embracing a new approach aimed at supporting smaller businesses. The Duchess of Sussex, known for her keen sense of style, has been opting for clothing from under-the-radar brands, a move that is creating significant buzz in the industry.

Celebrity stylist Martine Alexander recently spoke to the Daily Mail about Meghan’s impactful fashion choices. “I love that she is wearing under-the-radar brands,” Alexander said, applauding the Duchess for choosing to highlight lesser-known labels.

For Alexander, this approach is about more than just fashion—it’s about giving small businesses the recognition they deserve. “One of the things that I adore doing is giving small businesses the exposure they deserve,” she explained, noting the benefits of this strategy for everyone involved.

Meghan’s decision to wear smaller, lesser-known brands could be transformative for these businesses, according to Alexander. “It’s so rewarding for the stylist, the client, and the brand—that’s why I think Meghan is doing it. Her appearance could change a business,” she added.

Alexander shared her own experience of dressing British Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington in a small brand during the Olympics. “The outfit sold out,” she recalled. “To be able to do that for somebody else is the most incredible thing.”

Meghan Markle’s fashion choices continue to influence not only her personal style but also the fortunes of small businesses that are given a platform through her wardrobe selections. By doing so, she is not just making a statement in the world of fashion but also playing a role in supporting and uplifting smaller enterprises.
