Meghan Markle’s Stunning Beauty Transformation Revealed

Meghan Markle has embraced a stunning beauty transformation, channeling her signature “Californian girl-next-door” look, according to makeup artist Margherita Lascala. Speaking exclusively to GB News, Lascala shared insights into the Duchess of Sussex’s evolving beauty routine since moving to California in 2020.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Meghan now lives in the serene surroundings of Santa Barbara with her husband, Prince Harry, and their two children—Prince Archie, aged five, and Princess Lilibet, aged three. The move back to her home state appears to have influenced not only Meghan’s lifestyle but also her beauty approach, reflecting the laid-back yet radiant Californian aesthetic she embodies.

Lascala explained that Meghan has always been proud of her natural freckles and prefers to highlight them rather than conceal them under heavy makeup. “Rather than opting for a full-coverage foundation, Meghan embraces lightweight products like skin tints and tinted moisturizers,” Lascala revealed. Among the products reportedly favored by Meghan are the Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint and Laura Mercier’s tinted moisturizer, both renowned for their lightweight, breathable formulas.

For makeup application, Lascala recommends using a round brush, which helps to achieve a natural, seamless finish. Meghan is likely to use concealer sparingly, focusing primarily on the under-eye area to brighten her complexion. A light dusting of finishing powder is applied to the T-zone for a polished look without compromising her dewy, fresh-faced appearance.

To enhance her natural glow, Lascala suggests that Meghan might use a product like Pat McGrath Labs’ highlighter balm, which adds a subtle, radiant sheen to the skin. The makeup artist also mentioned that Meghan may accentuate her freckles further by delicately dotting them with a brow pencil, enhancing her signature look that has come to define her Californian charm.

Meghan, 43, and Harry, 40, made the momentous decision to step back from their roles as senior royals in January 2020, announcing their intention to pursue a more private, independent life. Shortly after, the couple relocated to California, where they have since settled into a quieter existence away from the glare of the British royal spotlight.

The pair, who married in a grand ceremony at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on May 19, 2018, welcomed their first child, Archie, on May 6, 2019. Their second child, Princess Lilibet Diana, was born in June 2021, completing their young family.

Now living in California, Meghan has fully embraced her roots, incorporating a relaxed, sun-kissed approach to her beauty routine that reflects her surroundings. With the help of lightweight products, glowing highlighters, and minimal coverage, Meghan continues to embody her radiant “girl-next-door” aesthetic, blending her royal sophistication with the effortless charm of her Californian lifestyle.

This beauty transformation speaks to Meghan’s ongoing journey of embracing her individuality, both as a mother and a former royal, while continuing to stay true to her natural beauty. As Lascala puts it, “Meghan’s focus on enhancing her natural features reflects the confidence she has found in her independence.”
