Rylan Clark Addresses Love Life After Rob Rinder Romance Rumors

Former X Factor star Rylan Clark has opened up about his love life, putting an end to the swirling rumors of a potential romance with his Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour co-star, Robert Rinder. The TV presenter, known for his appearances on shows like Celebrity Gogglebox, was previously married to Dan Neal, but the couple divorced in 2021 after six years of marriage.

Since the split, fans have speculated about Rylan’s relationship status, particularly after he and Robert Rinder were seen traveling together on their BBC Two show, which documented their adventures across Italy. The chemistry between the two sparked curiosity among viewers, leading to widespread speculation about a possible romance, told Express.

However, Rylan has now clarified the situation, confirming that he is indeed single. Taking to his Instagram Stories, the 35-year-old shared a humorous post that seemed to address his current status. The post read: “One of my hobbies is complaining about being single for so long when I deleted the apps, rarely go out, and never put myself out there when I do.”

Reflecting on his friendship with Rob, Rylan shared more about their dynamic during a previous appearance on ITV’s This Morning. He recounted their time filming together, saying, “In Venice, we stayed in separate accommodation. Then in Florence, it is the same accommodation but separate rooms, and by Rome, I am waking up with him on top of me like ‘Get off me barrister!'”

Rylan emphasized that while the two have become close, their relationship is purely platonic. “We started this process as mates and we’ve finished it as actual genuine friends, and that’s probably one of the best things to come out of it,” he added.

Despite denying any romantic involvement, Rylan humorously acknowledged that their relationship resembles that of a married couple. During an appearance on the Table Manners podcast with hosts Jessie and Lennie Ware, he remarked, “I find it funny because I adore him, but we are like a married couple; we row all the time, and we don’t have sex.”

In a candid reflection on his search for love, Rylan also shared his frustrations and hopes for the future. “Hopefully my luck with men is about to change,” he said. He explained the challenges of dating while in the public eye, recounting how one relationship ended because of his demanding job, while another date sought to exploit his fame by contacting the press.

As Rylan continues to navigate a single life, he remains optimistic about finding someone who can handle the spotlight without being overwhelmed by it. Until then, fans can rest assured that Rylan is very much single and focusing on his friendships and career.
