Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘Don’t Really Care About Charity’: ‘Frightfully Awkward’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s cries about privacy are under the radar as they contemplate a potential world tour. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are reportedly considering a series of global engagements for their charity endeavors, are being dubbed hungry for publicity. This potential tour raises questions about their long-standing demands for privacy, a point that has been central to their narrative since stepping back from royal duties.

The couple has frequently highlighted their desire for a more private life, away from the relentless scrutiny of the British media. However, their potential world tour seems to contrast sharply with these claims, sparking debate and criticism from various quarters.

Hilary Fordwich, a royal commentator, tells the Daily Express: “I believe they are going to go on a world tour. It was frightfully awkward when they were in Africa recently, and the national anthem was played and Harry just stood there. “The purport to care about people. If they really care about people they could do a lot for charities.

“Their world tour won’t be lowkey, with no publicity, and going to remote villages to raise money and help people. It won’t have an impact, it won’t make a difference, and they will be craving the publicity everywhere they go.

She then adds: “It is going to be high profile because that is what Meghan craves. Look how she has spent her entire life. Everything she has ever done is craving publicity. They hired three PR firms when they went to LA. “She craves the limelight. Hypocritical Harry once said that when he hears the clicking of cameras it gives him chills because of what happened to his mother. Well, stay out of the limelight then,” mocked the expert.

Critics argue that embarking on a high-profile tour is at odds with their stated goal of maintaining a low profile. The extensive media coverage and public attention that would accompany such a tour could be seen as contradicting their privacy concerns. Some commentators have labeled the couple as publicity seekers, pointing out the apparent inconsistency between their actions and their stated desires.

The couple’s global engagements are expected to focus on their charity endeavors, aiming to raise awareness and funds for various causes they support. These causes include mental health, environmental conservation, and gender equality. Their involvement in these important issues has been praised, but the method of their engagement continues to attract scrutiny.

Supporters of the Duke and Duchess argue that their high visibility can bring significant attention to worthy causes, leveraging their celebrity status for good. They maintain that the couple’s intentions are genuine and that their efforts to create positive change should be the focus rather than the manner in which they choose to do so.
